Christingles...

This afternoon we enjoyed a lovely assembly by Mrs Longhorn explaining the reason we make Christingles and what each part represents..

The orange is the world...
The cocktail sticks the seasons...
The sweets and raisins the sweet things in life...
The candle Jesus....
And the ribbon is a big hug to wrap everything together...

 

We then went back to class and made our own!!!!
